Two tech giants, IBM Corp. and Palo Alto Networks Inc., have joined forces to combine deep expertise, artificial intelligence, and a platform approach to better protect organizations from attackers. In May of this year, they further advanced the partnership with a sharpened focus on AI security and announced that Palo Alto would acquire IBM’s QRadar SaaS assets for around $500 million.
