The Power of Play: Connecting Through Online Games
Our latest initiative brings teams together through online, interactive games designed to make team-building simple and fun. These activities go beyond daily tasks, offering a space for originality, collaboration, and silliness. From trivia contests to virtual escape rooms, these challenges create opportunities for colleagues across time zones to connect on a personal level.

Celebrating Wins with Creativity
We also encourage teams to celebrate their achievements in ways that reflect their unique styles. Vlad, one of our engineering managers, recently hosted a fun celebration for his team following a successful feature release.
Rather than a standard Zoom hangout, team members used LEGO’s online Minifigure Factory tool to design their own LEGO representations by picking hairstyles and outfits and adding details, accessories, and custom text.
