Several Indian organizations have been targeted by a group of hackers in a string of cyberattacks. Among those targeted were several Indian educational institutes, telecommunications, manufacturing companies, and national archives. A Telegram post by ‘Team Insane PK Hackers Group’ revealed the names of the alleged Indian entities they attacked.
Team Insane PK targets Indian businesses
“DDoS-Attack on Indian Servers by Team_insane_pk,” read the Telegram post shared by the hackers. While the cyber attacks have not been confirmed, the Telegram post states that several of the attacked Indian websites are offline.
Team Insane PK also named the following Indian businesses among others:
- Broadband India
- National archives India
- National payment corporation India
- Central internet and society India
- Statista company

On March 23, FalconFeedsio tweeted that about 13 Indian websites were allegedly targeted by Team Insane PK hackers and other groups. The screenshots they shared featured religiously motivated messages aimed at the Muslim community.
In a Telegram post, Team Insane PK mentioned the names of its targeted small Indian businesses. The post read, “Wishing 23 March to all Muslim.
Website hacked by Masoom Hacker, PTAGDAM, DED HUNTER, CYBER RIVET….” The post mentioned the names of over 40 entities.

The cybercriminals concluded the post by calling themselves ‘Anonymous’, which may also be linked to the Anonymous group.
The hacker groups besides Team Insane PK, who signed the Telegram post, included names of the pak cyber team, team revolution pl, team Pakistan cyber hunter, anon cyber warrior, and evil exploiter among others.
Pakistan and Bangladesh involvement – Team Insane PK targets Indian businesses
A report by Times Now stated that hacker groups from Pakistan and Bangladesh have targeted Indian entities. The report also shared images of leaked data allegedly from data breaches by the Bangladeshi and Pakistani hacker group.
The groups have posted data of Indian citizens from their PAN card, voter ID, credit card and other data from websites including Gov.in. This alleged data breach also exposed Delhi Police information, according to the news report.
