Forescout Technologies announced strong momentum across its U.S. federal government business in 2025, driven by continued demand from civilian and Department of Defense agencies as they increase investment in zero trust architectures, secure critical infrastructure, and strengthen operational resilience. In 2025, Forescout increased $1M+ deals by 75% across civilian agencies and 29% across defense agencies.
At present, Forescout is deployed across more than 70 U.S. federal entities, underscoring its role as a trusted cybersecurity partner for the most complex and mission‑critical federal environments.
Forescout disclosed its 2025 federal business highlights, reporting that deals exceeding $1 million with civilian agencies increased by 75%. Deals above $1 million with Department of Defense agencies rose by 29%, with the company now supporting 70 federal entities.
Forescout also achieved a FedRAMP High Impact Level ‘In Process’ designation, advancing federal cloud security and zero trust initiatives while securing a listing in the FedRAMP Marketplace. In addition, it released patented technology to detect non-quantum-safe encryption across IT, OT, and IoT environments, giving federal agencies the visibility needed to support zero trust mandates and prepare for post-quantum cryptography migration.
Forescout’s sustained growth reflects increasing adoption of its asset intelligence and control capabilities to help agencies improve visibility, audit license usage, reduce risk, and operationalize Zero Trust across hybrid IT, OT, IoT, and IoMT environments. As federal investments shift toward platforms that can provide continuous visibility and enforceable control, asset intelligence has emerged as a foundational requirement for agencies implementing Zero Trust and preparing to meet post-quantum cryptography mandates.
