ICT Infrastructure Memorizes Device Signal Coordinate


Emerging technology devices always leave a trace when they are within some network. This means not only if they are activated, they might be traceable in terms leaking some information about their spatial coordinate. In other words, with the majority of smart communication objects, their Bluetooth might emit some weak signal simply corresponding with a surrounding ICT infrastructure.

That asset can detect some activity even if device is turned off, but once destroyed hardware will not mean destroyed evidence as the local infrastructure deals with enough information about such user account.

Apparently, the law enforcement can always look for more details about those subscribers to that communication service, literally catching all they need to reconstruct what truly happened while the device was in function.

Indeed, cutting-edge technology can say a lot about someone’s habits, truly uncovering a place of staying before the hardware was eliminated. This means if such staying is confirmed just relying on what an ICT asset knows about that user, everyone being there or dealing with some checking capacities will be found.

Criminals could believe if there is no evidence their crime cannot be proven, which is wrong as skilled investigation can lead into well-covered conclusion of the case. Current tendency indicates some terror incidents can occur and in the most of cases, the authorities will find a spot from where those offenders operated before they went to public in order to intimidate the members of community.

When the officers just search such place they might collect some findings, but after carefully browsing a history of signals being present there in the past they will deal with a real footage consequently leading them to some valid evidence for the court.

In total, ICT infrastructure might be considered as a good evidence provider, enabling the investigation to take advantage over emerging stuffs that serve in combating crime and countering terrorism across the globe.
