I recently noticed something interesting about myself; when I make a list of
things to do I usually keep it around for a short period of time and then
make a newer, more revised version of the current agenda. What I noticed is
that I always dispose of my older agenda immediately. I don’t seem to like
the older ones lying around for any period of time.
This is due to my quest to change myself. Once I make a change I want to
forget and block out that which I got rid of – to become the new person that
the new agenda represents. To have the old agenda lying around is a reminder
of my past, or, in terms of my personality evolution, my more flawed and
weaker self.
