With its Verification Architecture platform now commercially available and continuing to add new capabilities, OpenMatter Network today announced a strategic realignment of its leadership team designed to accelerate subscription growth, expand industry partnerships and position the company for long-term commercial success.
Effective September 1, Mike Anderson has been named CEO of OpenMatter Network while continuing to serve as CFO.
Renee Davis, who has led the company as CEO through the development and commercial launch of the OpenMatter Network, has been named Chief Business Officer and will now focus directly on commercialization, subscriber growth and aligning the company’s product offerings with evolving market requirements.
Chris Biele has been promoted to Vice President of Operations and Partnerships, with responsibility for expanding OpenMatter’s enterprise and technology partnerships while scaling internal infrastructure and ensuring regulatory compliance across global markets.
The changes come as OpenMatter moves from its initial platform launch into a new phase focused on commercial adoption and global growth.

The leadership realignment follows the commercial launch of the OpenMatter Network earlier this year and a series of subsequent platform enhancements that have expanded its capabilities across secure AI, privacy-preserving computing and data collaboration.
OpenMatter’s Verification Architecture is designed to enable organizations to replace assumption-based trust with cryptographic proof while providing an extensible foundation capable of incorporating new technologies and capabilities as computing continues to evolve.
OpenMatter is also finalizing the formation of a global sales organization to support the company’s next phase of commercial expansion.
