- OpenAI has disclosed more details about how its agents hacked AI collaboration platform Hugging Face. What exactly went wrong and what are the key lessons from the incident?
- Iran-linked hackers are believed to have attacked water and wastewater systems in at least 12 US states and even shut down a power plant in the UK for four days in July 2026 in a string of incidents that highlight risks facing critical infrastructure systems.
- Delta Airlines is investigating an incident where a flight passenger reportedly used an unidentified device to spoof the airline’s in-flight Wi-Fi network.
- Ukrainian authorities have shut down 94 fraudulent call centers in a large-scale crackdown targeting the operators behind scams that lured people into bogus investment schemes and attempted to steal access details into their bank accounts.
