WorkNest Secure has launched a new cybersecurity and compliance division aimed at helping organizations strengthen security, manage risk, and meet growing regulatory demands.
The new division, called WorkNest Secure, brings together the cyber, information security, and data protection capabilities of Pentest People and Bulletproof under one brand. Both companies became part of WorkNestGroup following a series of acquisitions and integrations completed over the past year.
The launch marks a significant expansion of WorkNestGroup’s cybersecurity offering as demand continues to rise for managed security services, compliance support, and real-time threat monitoring.
Focus on cybersecurity and compliance
WorkNest Secure will provide services including penetration testing, incident response, outsourced data protection officer support, GDPR compliance, vCISO services, and certification support for standards such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, Cyber Essentials, and DORA.
The company said its approach combines consultant-led expertise with technology platforms that give customers ongoing visibility into vulnerabilities and threats, rather than relying on static reports.
Its proprietary platform, GuardNest, is designed to provide real-time vulnerability management, threat intelligence, and compliance monitoring.
WorkNest Secure said it will support organizations of all sizes, either alongside internal security teams or through fully outsourced services.
Building a broader risk and compliance business
The launch follows the integration of Pentest People and Bulletproof into WorkNestGroup, which is part of governance, risk, and compliance provider Axiom GRC.
WorkNestGroup already provides employment law, HR, and health and safety services. The addition of cybersecurity capabilities broadens the company’s position in the wider governance, risk, and compliance market.
Kirsty Fowler, managing director of WorkNest Secure, said the new division reflects the company’s long-term investment in cybersecurity and compliance services.
“WorkNest Secure brings together the strengths of Pentest People and Bulletproof into a single, focused cybersecurity and compliance division,” Fowler said.
“It reflects the investment we’ve made and our long-term commitment to helping organizations manage cyber risk in a practical and effective way.”
Fowler added that the business aims to combine technical expertise with practical guidance to help organizations make informed security decisions.
“Our approach focuses on building genuine partnerships with our customers,” she said. “By combining the right people, accessible technology and clear, pragmatic advice, we help organizations make confident, informed decisions about their security.”
Growing demand for managed cyber services
The launch comes as businesses face increasing pressure to strengthen cyber resilience amid rising ransomware attacks, tighter data protection rules, and expanding compliance requirements.
Organizations are also looking for ways to simplify cybersecurity management by consolidating services under fewer providers. WorkNest Secure said its goal is to help organizations translate complex security and compliance challenges into practical actions that reduce risk and improve resilience.
WorkNestGroup currently employs more than 800 people and supports over 50,000 customers across 10 countries.
