Stockholm, Sweden & Boston, MA – Detectify, a Swedish domain and web application security company, is launching its US operations in Boston, Massachussets. The company achieved 3x revenue growth in 2018 and the launch of the Boston office will further accelerate growth in the US market.
Founded in 2013 by a group of top-ranked ethical hackers, Detectify has grown to 60+ employees and is trusted by customers like Spotify, Trello and KING. The company is backed by Insight Venture Partners, Inventure and Paua Ventures.
Detectify uses automation to scan web applications and domains websites for security issues, leveraging the crowdsourced knowledge of white-hat hackers to help customers stay on top of security. Detectify Crowdsource, a global ethical hacker network, allows security researchers to submit vulnerabilities that are then built into the service as new security tests.
